The Founding Season
Come build the farm with us.
For one season only, the farm is at its beginning. The terraces, the first trees and the soil itself are being made now, and you can make them with us.

This is not a visit to a finished place. It is a share in the making of one.
Most of what a farm will ever be is decided in its first season: where water runs, where trees stand, how the soil is first fed. That work is happening on this land now.
We could have waited and opened once everything looked complete. We would rather you were here for the part that matters most, and that can never be repeated.
Why it is limited

It happens once
A farm is only founded one time. When the first season ends, this chapter closes for good.

Small groups
Real work sites are small. We keep groups to a size the team can guide and the land can take.

The land sets the dates
Days are scheduled around weather and the work that is ready, not around a tourism calendar.
One cycle, and it starts here
The farm moves through six stages. Founding visitors can join at any of them, and those who come at the start get to see the whole cycle turn for the first time.

Stage 1: Build
Before anything grows, the land has to be read and shaped. This stage is about the bones of the farm: where water runs, where people walk and where the first structures stand. The farm is in this stage. These are the experiences that belong to it.

Stage 2: Plant
Oct – Dec 2026
With the first rains, planting begins. Trees go in first because they take the longest, followed by the perennial herbs and the first annual beds.
What you leave, and what you take
Something permanent
A stretch of wall, a tree, a bed. Work that stays on the land with your hands in it.
Real skills
Building, planting and composting learned by doing, to use in your own garden.
A place to return to
Come back in later seasons and see what your work became.
